Peter M. Peterson – Managing Director
Mr. Peterson is the founder of Aspen Capital Partners, LLC. which specializes in capital formation, mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, strategic planning and new business start-ups. Mr. Peterson is also a director of NeoGenomics and co-founder of CleanFuel USA. Prior to forming Aspen Capital Partners, Mr. Peterson was Managing Director of Investment Banking with H. C. Wainwright & Co.
Prior to Wainwright, Mr. Peterson was president of First American Holdings and Managing Director of Investment Banking. Previous to First American, he served in various investment banking roles and was the co-founder of ARM Financial Corporation. Mr. Peterson was one of the key individuals responsible for taking the company public on the OTC market and the American Stock Exchange. Under Mr. Peterson’s financial leadership, ARM Financial Corporation was transformed from a diversified holding client into a national clinical laboratory company with more than 14 clinical laboratories and ancillary services with over $100 million in assets.
Mr. Peterson also served as President and founder of the Paramount Group, Inc., a privately held real estate client specializing in financing and project consulting. He has held positions with Cushman Wakefield (a Rockefeller Client), Celotex Corporation (a Jim Walter Client), and Amoco Fabrics (a Standard Oil Client).
He has served as a director for a variety of companies, both public and private. Mr. Peterson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida.

Michael Orr - Managing Director
Mr. Orr is a successful serial entrepreneur with a distinctive record of global business successes spanning several technology, energy, consumer, and transportation-based industry segments. Following nearly 20 years as a corporate executive in marketing and general management positions with General Mills, Spalding Sports Worldwide, Bausch & Lomb and Dunlop Slazenger International, Mr. Orr has either started or served in C-level positions during the start-up phase of eight businesses. After leaving the corporate environment, he founded and was President of MBO Inc., a strategy-focused consulting firm where he assisted client companies to develop and execute inventive funding and business strategies that maximize shareholder value. These client assignments included a term as Chairman / CEO of a public company. He presently serves as Chief Marketing Officer of Diatect International, an Aspen Opportunity Fund portfolio company that manufactures / markets natural insecticides for the home, commercial and agricultural markets, worldwide. Mr. Orr is located in Greenville, South Carolina and responsible for overseeing the firm’s client relationships in the Carolinas and northern Georgia and for undertaking selected assignments throughout the country.
Using his unique qualifications as a Chartered Retirement Planning Councilor, a designation earned from the College for Financial Planning®, combined with his insurance, securities and financial planning licenses, Mr. Orr extends to the firm’s clients a number of unique approaches to key employee compensation, executive retention and to the optimization of individual income tax liabilities throughout the investment and divestiture phases.
Mr. Orr received an AB degree in Economics from Dartmouth College and holds a Master of Business Administration With Distinction from The Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College where he was named an Edward Tuck Scholar.
Robert Rudman - Managing Director
Mr. Rudman is a Canadian Chartered Accountant with more than thirty years of specialized experience in the field of accounting and financial management in positions of increasing responsibility including Management Consultant, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board. He also leads the firm’s financial services activities for client companies.
As an officer and director of several public companies, Mr. Rudman has been instrumental in arranging a wide range of debt and equity financings, in structuring a number of mergers and acquisitions, in developing strategic and operational business plans, and in the preparation and filing of all required regulatory reports. Mr. Rudman’s scope of experience includes both domestic and international transactions. Prior to recently joining Aspen Capital Partners, LLC, he was a partner in a financial advisory firm that focused on the needs of early stage U.S. public companies.
Steven Jones - Managing Director Michael Orr - Managing Director
Mr. Jones has substantial expertise in developing and financing emerging growth companies, as well as structuring investments to balance the credit stage and financing needs of companies. In addition to his involvement with Aspen Capital Group and the Fund, Mr. Jones has managed two other structured investment funds. Mr. Jones is also the Chairman and founder of T3 Communications, Inc., a successful telecommunications company and he serves on the Boards of NeoGenomics, Inc (OTC BB:NGNM.OB), a leading cancer genetics testing laboratory, and Disc Motion Technologies, a privately held spinal device company. Prior to his career in structured venture capital, among other positions, Mr. Jones was a Vice President in the Telecommunications, Media and Technology Investment Banking Group of Merrill Lynch & Co in New York and was the chief financial officer of CTC Communications Group in Boston, MA. Mr. Jones has a BS degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Danicet M Cura – Associate
Ms. Cura graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Finance and a completion in Insurance. Following UF, she entered law school and graduated with her J.D. from Stetson College of Law. Ms. Cura also received her MBA from Stetson College while attending law school. She is admitted to practice in Florida State Courts and in the United States Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. Upon graduation, Ms. Cura joined the Hillsborough County State Attorney’s office where she tried several first and second degree crimes as a Felony Deputy Chief to verdict. Ms. Cura left the states attorney’s office to join Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin, a large defense litigation firm. Ms. Cura concentrated her practice in the defense of legal malpractice, casualty, and construction and design professional malpractice. Additionally, she has defended Homeowner Associations, Fair Debt Collection Agencies and several business owners against state agency actions. Ms. Cura currently holds her Series 7 License with Pointe Atlantic, Inc., a broker/dealer firm for Aspen Capital Partners, LLC.
Aparajetha Mohan – Financial Analyst
Ms. Mohan has an MBA from University Of South Florida. Prior to her MBA, she graduated from Nirma Institute of Management, India, with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management. Ms. Mohan has an undergraduate degree in Accounting from University of Mumbai. Ms. Mohan has over two years of work experience in India. She started out as a Research Analyst with ING-Vysya Financial Services, Bangalore, India whereby she analyzed mutual funds and actively advised relationship managers in their fund recommendations. From ING-Vysya Financial Services, Ms. Mohan moved on to serve as Senior Cash Officer in ICICI Bank Ltd., Bangalore. In addition to streamlining cash transactions that reduced customer waiting time, she was responsible for the daily cash holdings in the Bank’s general currency chest and interaction with Reserve Bank of India. Ms. Mohan then left ICICI Bank and embraced the opportunity as a Business Development Manager for Employees-Metrics, an HR software tool company. Under this profile, she was able to close deals with various organizations including SHARP Software Development India. Ms. Mohan is recipient of Dr. Mark Orr Scholarship for Foreign Affairs (2007). She has also been nominated to the prestigious membership in Tampa Bay Area Committee on Foreign Relations.
LynnMarie Boltze – Executive Office Manager
With an intense background in Sales, LynnMarie Boltze has taken companies to new heights. Ms Boltze gives her expertise as a right arm to President Peter Peterson when working with and finding new accounts. As a Tampa native, she sees beyond the bay area and has innovative ideas to launch products and get them in the hands of the consumers. Her accolades include successful stories with companies like Chase Manhattan Bank, CitiBank, Raymond James & Associates and Tech Data. Ms Boltze has assisted in the software design and implementation of ENCORE!™ exclusively used by Raymond James & Associates for viewing monthly and archived statement data. She has designed and implemented training programs for clientele for use of ENCORE!™ and MacroFiche software. Ms. Boltze also held the position of number one regional sales representative in the south-east for Snelling Personnel Services. Ms. Boltze earned an A.A. degree from Hillsborough Community College. Her larger than life personality was evident when she Co-hosted "SportsChix" radio show on 1010AM. Ms. Boltze is currently working on obtaining her Series 7 License. She is active in the bay area community, and while aggressively targeting new accounts finds time to volunteer for the Krewe of Agustina de Aragon. |
